Cathy's desire for knowledge of the real estate industry began when she was Office Administrator for a local real estate office, which lead to the acquisition of her real estate license in 2003. She moved into various administrative staff positions in 2013, including Career Development and New Agent Training, Quality Control Coordinator and Sales Manager.
